Job responsibility
1. According to the needs of radar and communication products, develop and implement radio frequency plans, and write corresponding evaluation reports as needed;
2. Responsible for cost and benefit accounting of microwave/RF products;
3. Responsible for the research and development of new microwave technology and new products, and participate in the company's product direction planning;
4. Develop and write the process of product R&D and production specification;
5. Solve product technical problems, responsible for product cycle quality;
6. Direct contact with customers on technical issues, grasp project progress, and deliver on schedule.

Job requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in electromagnetic field and microwave, electronics, communication and other related fields, more than 5 years of work experience in the same position;
2. Familiar with the index system of microwave modules and components in radar and electronic fields; And have a strong ability to communicate with professional customers and project decomposition;
3. Familiar with microwave/millimeter wave circuit design technology based on micro-assembly process;
4. Experience in aerospace microwave/millimeter wave circuit product design is preferred;
5. Master microwave circuit commonly used design software and debugging equipment;
6. Strong sense of responsibility, technical leadership and team leadership.
